Meet The Team

Sam Liebman graduated from Montclair State University and holds a B.A. in Political Science, and a minor in Arabic Language.

In 2013 she got her start working in Democratic Politics as a Campus Organizer for Barbara Buono's race for Governor. In 2014 she worked as a Deputy Field Organizer on the Democratic race for New Jersey's 11th Congressional District, and in 2015 she ran for Council in the Township of Wayne. Afterwards she worked as a Campaign Manager for the Morris County Democrats for Congress in 2016, and for the Wayne Democrats for Mayor & Council in 2017, which helped make way for a win on Mikie Sherrill's Campaign for Congress in 2018, where she was a Field 

Organizer.

Her focus is on grassroots organizing, network-building, and the development of creative and innovative ways to bring local campaigns up to date with new technology and social media. Her passions lie in progressive politics, and her desire is to bring her experience to local elections and localized issues to form winning grassroots campaigns.
